Clients access both web-based applications – the senior executive version and the Onboarding University—through the PowerStart Onboarding server at our network operations center, CU*Answers. In addition to hosting services CU*Answers provides technical support to ensure the successful setup and ongoing performance of the PowerStart applications. The applications were developed for ease of use and maintenance, as well as enhanced security.
