Mark Elliott

Mark Elliott is the founder of Onboarding Services LLC and is the creator of the PowerStart Onboarding Process and the Onboarding University. He has 25 years of experience in management consulting domestically and internationally. Mark has consulted with hundreds of companies in a broad range of industries on issues involving leadership assessment and development, executive recruitment and assimilation, and organization development.

His experience includes 20 years of consulting with credit union boards and senior leadership teams on CEO recruitment and succession, and most recently for the Onboarding of newly placed leaders. Mark has conducted executive searches for dozens of the largest credit unions, recruiting some of the industry's most respected and accomplished CEOs and other senior leaders. Mark's executive coaching experience includes hundreds of executives, representing most functional leadership areas.

Mark has written articles for credit union publications and has spoken at numerous national credit union conferences. Mark serves on a number of civic and corporate boards. In the credit union industry he is on the boards of the general partner of the Trust for Credit Unions and Callahan & Associates. He also serves on the faculty of the Southwest CUNA Management School.

Prior to his involvement with Onboarding Services, Mark held a senior executive position with with the Executive Search Division of Monster.com. Previously he was a partner with the executive search firms, LAI Worldwide and Heidrick & Struggles. And earlier, he was president of an organizational development subsidiary of DDI. Mark began his career in human resources management with General Electric.

Mark is a certified executive coach. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and pursued graduate studies in Organizational Development at the University of Massachusetts.
