Two Tracks for Developing an Organization’s Emerging Leaders

The Onboarding University has been created in recognition of the urgent need to provide support and leadership development to an organization’s newly placed emerging leaders (i.e., managers up thru VP-level*), These talented individuals are today’s managers and are positioned to emerge as tomorrow’s senior leaders.  In addition as newly placed managers, they face immediate challenges and a unique development opportunity.

     

  2. The Onboarding University is also designed to offer a purely developmental opportunity for individuals identified as promotable talent in the organization, but who are not currently onboarding in a new management position. The proactive development of this group of emerging leaders will add to their skilled performance in the current role and prepare them for future leadership challenges.

* Note: because titles and responsibilities vary from organization to organization, an Onboarding Consultant can discuss which version – Onboarding University or the Senior Executive Process -- is most appropriate for a specific individual in a Vice President position.  

Comprehensive Leadership Development and Support
